Terms of service

These are the terms for using Cockpit AI, a service of Veroxa. Short on purpose.

The service

Cockpit AI publishes to your connected channels, creates content from the facts you provide, runs automations you switch on, and reports results. You decide what runs; automations act on your instructions.

Your account

You are responsible for what your account publishes and for keeping your sign-in private. You must have the right to use the channels, photos, names and claims you provide, and to authorise us to act on those channels on your behalf.

Acceptable use

No unlawful, deceptive, infringing or abusive content; no spam; nothing that breaks the platforms' own rules. We may suspend an account that does.

Plans and billing

Trials are free for 14 days. Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled; cancel any time from the Account page and the plan runs to the end of the paid period. Prices and limits are shown on the plan page; changes apply from the next renewal. Taxes may apply.

Platforms

Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google and TikTok set their own rules and may change or withdraw access; we are not responsible for their outages or policy changes, and we will tell you when they affect your account.

Content

You own what you provide and what the service creates for you. We may use anonymised, aggregated usage to improve the service. We do not use your content to train models.

Availability and liability

We aim for the service to be available continuously and tell you about planned maintenance. The service is provided as is; our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last twelve months, and we are not liable for indirect losses.

Ending

You can close your account at any time. We may end the agreement on 30 days' notice, or at once for a breach of these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
